We hope you love your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your return.

Return Conditions

To help us process your return, please ensure that:

• The item has only been tried on for fit and has not been worn or used.
• The item is returned in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging where applicable.
• The item is free from makeup, foundation, fake tan, deodorant or other stains/marks.
• There are no perfume, body odour, smoke, food or other noticeable smells on the item.
• The item has not been washed, altered, damaged or otherwise used beyond what is reasonably necessary to check the fit and appearance.

If an item is returned in a condition that shows use or handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when trying the item on, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in the item's value, where permitted by law.

Size Issues

Please check the size chart and product measurements carefully before placing your order, as sizing may vary between brands and designs.

If you believe you have received an incorrect size or an item that does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to provide clear photographs or a short video of the item, its size label/tag and, where relevant, measurements of the garment so that we can check the issue and assist you quickly.

Please do not remove tags, wash, alter or wear the item while a size or product issue is being reviewed.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs or a short video showing the issue
• A photograph of the product/size label where relevant

This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process any refund due to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Please take reasonable care of items while they are in your possession. We recommend trying garments on carefully and avoiding makeup, perfume or other products that could mark or affect the garment.
