Thank you for shopping at Arham Fashion. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our eastern wear. Please read our Shipping and Exchange Policy carefully to understand our procedures.

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination.

    • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days within Pakistan.

    • International Shipping: Delivery times vary significantly by region (if applicable, please contact us for specific estimates).

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, carrier strikes).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages During Shipping

Arham Fashion is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality of our eastern wear, but we understand that sometimes an item might not be a perfect fit.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request an exchange or return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.

  • Items purchased on "Sale" or "Clearance" are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at arhammyfashion@gmail.com within the 14-day window. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange (e.g., need a different size).

  2. Approval: Wait for our customer service team to approve your request. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The Exchange Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

  • If approved: We will process the exchange and ship the new item (e.g., the new size) to you. You may be responsible for the shipping cost of the newly exchanged item.

  • If the requested item is out of stock: We will issue store credit for the value of the returned item (excluding original shipping costs).

Refunds (If Applicable)

At Arham Fashion, our standard policy is to offer exchanges only. We typically do not issue cash or credit card refunds unless the item you received was defective or incorrect upon arrival.

If you received a defective or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us immediately at arhammyfashion@gmail.com with photos of the defect/error.

  2. If approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
